Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the DARKFADERZ app to manage barber-shop services.

Bookings

Appointments are subject to barber availability. The app currently supports bookings up to the period shown in the booking flow. Customers should arrive on time and use the app to reschedule or cancel where available.

Cancellations, lateness and no-shows

Bookings cancelled within the restricted cancellation period may be subject to the shop policy shown in the app. DARKFADERZ currently allows a 15-minute late-arrival grace period and may treat an appointment as a no-show after 20 minutes. Where a valid payment method and customer authorisation are available, the full booked service price may be charged under the no-show policy.

Payments

Pay in Store is available in the current release. Pay in App is only available when the option is shown as active in checkout. Online payment terms will be updated before that feature is activated.

Rewards

Every £10 of eligible completed service spend earns 10 loyalty points. Eligible examples include £15 = 15 points and £25 = 25 points. Tips do not earn points. Cancelled and no-show appointments do not earn points. 100 points unlocks the half-price trim reward. Referral points are awarded only after the referred customer completes their first qualifying paid appointment.

AI hairstyle previews

AI Style Studio results are visual suggestions only. They may differ from the customer's actual hair, texture, density, lighting and final barber result. A generated preview is not a guarantee of the finished haircut.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another customer's account, upload unlawful content, interfere with app security or use the service fraudulently.

Changes and availability

DARKFADERZ may change app features, opening availability, services or policies where reasonably necessary. Shop opening hours, barber schedules and service availability shown in the app may change.
