Delete Your DARKFADERZ Account

You can request permanent account deletion without contacting support.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open DARKFADERZ and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion notice and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, personal profile, AI source photos, generated AI hairstyle images, saved AI looks, notifications, loyalty history and other personal app records are removed.

What may be retained

Historical booking or review records may be retained only after being anonymised where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
